KATZ's Amigurumi is based in Hong Kong and runned by KATZ, a vet student studying in Slovakia, with the help from her mother.KATZ hopes to bring herp-lovers cute and realistic herp soft toys and also introduce people different kinds of herps through making amigurumi.

Shipping

All amigurumi would be shipped using the service of Hong Kong Post Office or Royal Mail of the United Kingdom. Generally it takes 5 to 7 days to get to you, depending where you are. Items shipped from Hong Kong are always shipped as registered mails, while from the UK there would be an additional fee for tracked and signed shipping. We do combined shipping for most items!

If your order doesn't arrive after more than 2 weeks from the day you are notified that it was shipped, please contact me, and I will request a investigation from the Hong Kong Post Office. The investigation may take 2 months or more. If the item is genuinely lost, compensation will be decided and given by the Hong Kong Post Office, which can be the total amount for items under 40 USD. In such case, you can either choose to have a full refund or have a new amigurumi made and shipped to you without an extra charge. But for items over 40 USD, refund is only up to 40 USD, or you can choose to pay 80% of the shipping fee for a new amigurumi made and shipped to you.

In cases where the amigurumi is returned to us, we will cross-check the address with you and then ship it again with additional shipping fee, if the shipping address is correct the first time it was shipped.

We can also arrange other shipping methods if requested, please contact us via Etsy before you purchase an item to discuss the details.
